From the reading: Board Meeting in London
Every year, hundreds of international business delegations travel to London for high-level meetings. Last month, a technology company from South America sent a team of four managers to meet British partners and government officials. The team had already booked a hotel near Canary Wharf and arranged a working lunch at a restaurant in the City. Before the main board meeting, they spent thirty minutes networking over coffee in the hotel lobby.
