Using Atmosphere as your model, design a free community event for a place you know well — from raw ideas to a shaped, defended concept.

Gather your raw material

Name the place, the season, and three things the local community genuinely cares about or is good at. Don't filter yet — just list.

Rank your priorities

From your three ideas in Step 1, rank them: most energising at the top, least at the bottom. Trust your instinct.

Decide which of your three ideas to drop entirely. Write one sentence defending that cut — what made it the weakest?

Write one sentence that captures the heart of your event: who it is for, what they will make or do, and why that matters.

Stress-test it

Identify the weakest point in your Step 4 sentence. Look back at Step 2 — does your top-ranked priority still justify that choice?
