1. Subscription and Billing

ClassPlan.ai offers a monthly (€4.99) subscription plan and credit top-ups. The subscription provides full access to the lesson library, AI lesson generator, song worksheets, and teacher tools. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.

2. Fair Use

The subscription includes a monthly usage allowance that resets on each renewal date. Unused allowance does not carry over. If reached, additional access may be purchased at €4.99 per top-up. Each generation request produces one lesson, song worksheet, or exercise.

3. Content Usage Rights

Subscribers may use content for personal classroom teaching, including printing and distributing to students. Content may NOT be resold, republished, or systematically redistributed. All content includes digital identifiers for copyright protection.

4. Account Termination

Accounts systematically downloading, scraping, or redistributing content may be terminated without refund. Chargeback disputes on accounts with documented access will be contested with usage records.

5. Refunds

Monthly subscriptions: no refund on cancellation; access continues until end of billing period.

6. Data and Privacy

We store only the data needed to run your account: your email address, authentication details, subscription and credit status, and the lessons and worksheets you create or save. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details. We use this data solely to provide and improve the service and do not sell it to third parties. Essential cookies are used to keep you signed in. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.
