Sixty-three percent of working adults say they would change careers if money were not a problem. That number comes from a 2023 global survey by LinkedIn, which asked 11,000 people in twelve countries about their professional lives. The results tell a clear story: most people enjoy their work, but many feel they are in the wrong career. The question is not whether they want to change. The question is what stops them.
