Walk into any Fresh supermarket in Dublin and the story of Irish retail is written on the shelves. Fresh, a premium Irish grocery chain with stores in Baggot Street, Grand Canal Dock, and several other city-centre locations, has built its brand on convenience, quality, and a workforce trained to deliver something specific: genuine customer service. With Ireland's retail sector employing roughly 280,000 people — approximately 10% of the total workforce — the industry is far more than a collection of checkout queues. It is a significant engine of the national economy.
