Present perfect —

Use have + past participle to talk about relevant experience. I have managed teams of up to twenty people across two continents.

Passive —

Use passive to focus on results rather than yourself. The project was delivered three weeks ahead of schedule.

Modal perfect —

Use could/should/might + have + past participle for past reflection. I could have moved roles earlier, but I valued the learning.

Gerund after

Prepositions are always followed by a gerund, not an infinitive. I am experienced in leading cross-functional projects under pressure.
