Positive form

I am, you are, he/she/it is, we/they are. Sara is a QA Officer. We are a team.

Negative form

Add not after to be. I am not a manager. They are not from Spain.

Question form

Put to be before the subject. Are you a QA Officer? Is she from Brazil?

Short answers

Is she a manager? Yes, she is. / No, she is not. Never use just 'Yes' alone.
