Countable only

Use many, a few, several, a number of with plural countable nouns. I ate several biscuits. Never with uncountable nouns.

Uncountable only

Use much, a little, a great deal of, a small amount of with uncountable nouns. She drank a little water.

Both types

Use enough, no, plenty of, some, any, a lot of with both. We have enough food / enough meals.
