Use for facts, habits, and routines. She drinks tea every day. Add -s for he/she/it.

Present simple —

Use do not / does not. He does not eat breakfast. Never use does not with I or you.

Present continuous —

Use am/is/are + verb-ing. She is listening right now. For actions at this moment.

Present continuous —

Put am/is/are before the subject. Are you studying? — Yes, I am.
