Present simple passive

Subject + am/is/are + past participle. The score is revised after every rehearsal. Use when the action matters more than the agent.

Past simple passive

Subject + was/were + past participle. The error was corrected within seconds. Agent can be added with by when relevant.

Present perfect

Subject + has/have + been + past participle. A decision has been reached. Outcome is current and relevant now.

Get-passive

Subject + get/got + past participle. The proposal got rejected at the last minute. Informal; suggests suddenness or misfortune.
