The Consultant's Brief

You are a trade consultant. Your client moves goods across three continents but believes their supply chain is 'already efficient enough.' Your job: convince them otherwise — using one idea from this article.

Re-read your draft from Step 4 as if you are the sceptical client. Write the one word that captures how they would feel — then write one line explaining what single change would make the argument irresistible.
