You can only tell your younger self ONE thing. What is it — a warning, a reassurance, or a fact they needed to hear?

What would make your younger self stop listening — something too preachy, too scary, or too hard to believe at 14?

Draft Your Letter

Write 60–80 words in your notebook. Use at least two of these structures: remember + gerund, stop + infinitive, try + gerund, regret + gerund. Start with 'I remember...' or 'You will stop...'

Read It as the Audience

Re-read your letter as if you are 14. What would that person object to or not believe? Write one likely objection.

The One Change That Would Make It Land

Look back at step 4 — does your letter avoid what you said to avoid? Find one sentence to change so your younger self would actually keep reading. Write the new sentence below.
