Mark where this sits on the spectrum. Be honest — most of us underestimate or overestimate urgency. Then write one word that explains your mark.

The obvious answer

Write the solution that everyone — your friends, your family, a stranger — would immediately suggest. One sentence.

Attack it

Look back at step 3 — does the obvious answer from step 5 actually address your real holding-back forces? What does that obvious answer cost or quietly ignore?

The hidden trade-off

Write ONE word that names what you have been avoiding admitting. Then write one sentence explaining why that word is the real heart of the tension — not the surface problem.
